For extra security, DPD offer a PIN service.
When the parcel is shipped from us, DPD will get in touch with you by email or text message and provide a 4 digit PIN.
When the driver arrives, he will only give the recipient the parcel when this code is given.
PLEASE NOTE: without the code, the parcel will not be delivered.
How do I receive my PIN?
Via email and text message from DPD.
What happens if I don't have the PIN when the driver arrives?
The parcel will be taken to the nearest DPD depot and you have 24 hours to make contact with DPD.
Instructions on how to do this will be sent by email from DPD.
What happens if I lose the PIN?
Please make contact with us and we can get a new pin resent via DPD.
Can I give the PIN to another member of my household?
Yes.
Do Scottsdale Golf have access to my PIN?
No.
