Returns are handled slightly differently depending on if you chose V12 Finance or Klarna for your order.
Klarna
This is very simple. Anything you have paid will be returned to you and all can be tracked using the Klarna app.
If you return something before you have paid, you won't be charged.
V12 Finance
With V12, should a refund take you below the minimum finance threshold of £250, then we will have to cancel the finance agreement. The customer will then need to pay for the remaining goods with a different payment method. we will either:
As V12 Finance can only be taken out for orders that are over £250.00 this is important when returning items.
Your finance agreement still has to be for a value of OVER £250.00 AFTER you have returned something.
Consider these examples.
1) If you place an order for £500.00 and return £50.00 worth of items, we will reduce the finance application by £50 and your monthly payments will adjust accordingly.
2) If you place an order for £300.00 and return £100.00 worth of items, we have to cancel the finance agreement and you will pay us £200 for the item/s you have kept.
