The service is designed to make returning items as simple as possible.
1. Create a return using their dedicated website (found in our Returns Portal)
2. Receive a QR Code (or print a label if you prefer)
3. Drop the parcel off at a DPD Drop Off Point - keep note of the tracking information
4. The parcel will arrive back with us
5. Our Returns Team will inspect the return
6. Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method
You will be keep updated every step of the way.
What does it cost?
£2.99 - this cost is deducted from your refund upon it's arrival back to us.
Liability
DPD Tracked Returns Service is Insured up to £100.
Please keep your tracking information.
Should a parcel go missing after it's has been dropped off with DPD, please let Scottsdale Golf know within 10 days for a claim to be started.
If you would prefer to use a service with a higher level of insurance, please send your return back using a different service of your choice.
About DPD Drop Off Points
When utilising a drop off point, customers are responsible for tracking their item until it reaches our facility. Claims for any missing returns must be submitted within 10 days of dropping off any items. After this window, we may not be able to process any claims with the courier.
