You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to return it for a refund.
Refund Timeline
Your refund will be processed no later than 10 days from the date we receive the parcel.
Please note that the following products are not applicable for return:
- Custom fit orders
- Personalised products
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Face masks
We do not offer exchanges. Please send your item back for a refund and place a new order.
Original Condition
With all returns, please return your items in the condition in which you received them. Obviously we want you to try your items on or have a look at them so you are comfortable with them like you would do in a shop - just be careful with any clothing tags and packaging. Items missing tags and packaging will be returned to the customer. All items of clothing and accessories being returned must be free from any odours (including cigarette smoke), marks and/or stains.
Box Returns
Please take care when returning any item that is packaged with a box ie shoes, trolley accessories ect. We insist on not sending boxes back to us with no external packaging. Please do not tape up the box or stick returns labels directly on the boxes. Returns received in this fashion or with no shoe box will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 10% will be taken off your refund.
Personal Data
Should you be returning an item that has any personal information installed (for example a GPS unit or electric golf trolley), please remove this before returning the item to us. Any items returned to us with the registration card used/scratched off will be returned to the customer.
Any and all items returned to us that are not in line with our policy will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
