When starting a return through the Returns Portal, you will be offered the above 2 choices.
Select one and follow the instructions.
Refund Timeline
Your refund will be processed no later than 10 days from the date we receive the parcel.
About DPD Tracked Returns
Please note that the DPD Tracked Returns Service is Insured up to £100.
Please keep your tracking information.
Should a parcel go missing after it's has been dropped off with DPD, please let Scottsdale Golf know within 10 days for a claim to be started.
If you would prefer to use a service with a higher level of insurance, please send your return back using a different service of your choice.
