If the parcel goes missing on the way back to us, Scottsdale Golf are not liable for replacement items or refunds.
It is the customers responsibility to return an item to us.
Customers are responsible for managing returns, as they have paid for the items and initiated the purchase.
When utilising a drop off point, customers are responsible for tracking their item until it reaches our facility. Claims for any missing returns must be submitted within 10 days of dropping off any items. After this window, we may not be able to process any claims with the courier.
We use DPD as they offer a more comprehensive tracking service on their returns than many other companies.
If you are worried about a parcel going missing on it's way back to us, because it is not an insured service, you may return items using a service of your choice.
